CTO
Responsibilities:

Formulate technical strategy in support of the product roadmap, including technology selection and integration, and advisement on all relevant technical trends and developments.

Manage all software development, quality, integration, releases, and software and system maintenance.

Build and manage a team of software engineers, quality assurance engineers, database engineers, and systems engineers, while considering need, budget and headcount targets.

Represent a technical perspective within the senior management team and shape the overall company strategy on this basis.

Articulate company technical strategy to the outside world.

Collaboratively build and manage technology partnerships and vendor / supplier relationships.

Provide strong leadership to a motivated and talented engineering team, ensuring sufficient engineering support to the business through effective recruiting and employee and team development.

Manage the ongoing function of a software enabled service, including oversight of processes to meet quality, availability, and reliability targets.

Establish internal methodologies for source code control, documentation, QA, and maintenance, and ensure that the organization maintains best-of-breed capabilities.

PHP Developer
We're looking for PHP engineers / team lead with extensive experience building PHP, feature rich multimedia web applicaions to lead a PHP based team on a modified LAMP stack. Currently it is PHP/Apache/Postgres/Solaris. Conference speaking experience would be seen as a plus.
Requirements:

PHP 5 highest level expertise, inlcuding 6+ years of PHP software development and architecture experience

Extensive experience programming in PHP for highly scalable applications

Web applications using primarily PHP and web interfaces using xhtml, css and java script

Media management of all types (upload, manipulation, publishing, sharing)

Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

Knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming.

Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems

Experience developing/designing large software systems.

Postgres Database/SQL coding

Memcached and other open source caching systems

eCommerce, credit card authorizations, and billing feature experience

Responsibilities:

Senior Product Manager
Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between the OurHistree customers and the technical team, ensuring a seamless integration

Survey marketplace for similar approaches and evaluate how OurHistree might do things better / differently or leverage successful techniques where they exist

Communicate the productization details and specific needs for each OurHistree costumer

Work closely with the CEO to schedule a timeline for product delivery

Create project requirement documents that clearly state the core

Functional goals with supporting wireframes to illustrate your concepts

Manage a cross-functional team (Development, QA, Design, Client Management, etc.) to deliver features and fixes on time and at or above expected business goals

Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:

Grow targeted customer acquisition through outbound sales initiatives.

Increase customer retention and service adoption by building long-term relationships.

Meet and maintain performance goals and objectives as determined by the Sales Manager.

Utilize customer service skills to assess customer needs, determine best products and services, and foster relationships with existing clients.

Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.

Provide weekly reporting of activities with ability to quantify results.
System Administrator
Requirements:

Experience with Unix/Linux

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager leads the development and implementation of all marketing programs and web presence. The brand's voice as expressed through all channels of interactive marketing and social media.
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan
-
Coordinate and write blog posts that reflect the brand's spirit and public interest initiatives, and drive consumer engagement with OurHistree.
-
Maintain relationships with strategic partners and execute cross-branding promotions that benefit both sides of the partnership
-
Establish consistency of message across multiple networks and work with the director of marketing to ensure proper messaging is being published online.

Be the point person for style questions and decisions. Working closely with the development team to keep the site consistent and streamlined.

Suggest and contribute to development of tool improvements to increase usability.

Analyze web metrics and strategize accordingly.

Ability to create campaigns in conjunction with designers and marketing strategists, with experience brainstorming concepts cross media.

Manage the marketing budget, including monthly accruals, invoices, and annual planning.

Work with in-house and outside agency to continually evolve and upgrade site to be at the forefront of web technology.

Collaborate strategically with PR to leverage brand initiatives, combining traditional and new media consumer outreach.

Public Relations Manager
Responsibilities:

Direct all Public Relations activities.

Develop, manage and measure PR programs/campaigns that support the continued growth the brand's leadership amongst the competition.

Lead the development of the overall media strategy, including developing story pitches and strategically positioning OurHistree in the media through effective messaging.

Energize, engage and drive the PR team (including external agencies) to produce strong consumer driven initiatives with results.

Develop and strengthen relationships with key national media and garner significant coverage.

Integrate public relations activities into overall marketing campaigns to support business objectives and collaborate with other cross-functional departments.

Develop press releases, talking points, presentations and other communications materials for external and internal audiences.

Coach spokespeople; manage press tours, prepare appropriate briefing materials and staff interviews as needed.

Assist in the development of grassroots marketing and local promotional opportunities

Provide PR counsel and support to internal clients and senior management as needed.
